Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Socierra and the related services, features, and workflows provided through the platform.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Socierra, including our website, applications, and related services.

By accessing or using Socierra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and account registration

You must be legally permitted to use the service and to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activities that occur under your account.

3. Platform services

Socierra provides social media workflow tools that may include account creation, onboarding, email verification, authentication, AI-assisted content generation, manual uploads, text creation, editing, scheduling, publishing workflows, connected social account support, analytics, moderation, and account administration features.

Features, limits, platform availability, and integrations may vary by plan, account status, operational availability, compliance requirements, and third-party platform restrictions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit illegal or infringing content, bypass limits or controls, misuse connected social accounts, or use the service for spam, fraud, impersonation, abuse, or harmful activity.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, schedule, publish, or connect through the platform.

5. User content and connected accounts

You retain responsibility for the content, media, prompts, captions, text posts, and publishing instructions you provide or generate using the service.

By using connected social account workflows, you authorize Socierra to store and use the necessary access credentials and account metadata to perform requested connection and publishing actions on your behalf.

6. AI-assisted features

AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, blocked, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs before relying on or publishing them.

Socierra may apply moderation, filtering, or safety restrictions to prompts, uploads, generated outputs, or publishing activity where necessary.

7. Plans, limits, and billing

Some features are subject to plan-based access, quotas, usage limits, connected account caps, scheduling caps, or administrative controls.

Paid plans, pricing, billing intervals, renewals, and cancellation terms may be governed by the pricing and subscription settings presented at the time of purchase or account management.

8. Third-party platforms and services

Socierra depends on third-party platforms, providers, APIs, and infrastructure, including social networks, email providers, hosting services, and authentication or AI providers.

We are not responsible for outages, API changes, account restrictions, policy decisions, or content handling performed by third-party services.

9. Suspension, restriction, and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, abused the platform, attempted unauthorized access, or harmed the service or other users.

We may also remove or restrict content, connected account access, or publishing functionality where necessary for moderation, legal compliance, operational safety, or platform integrity.

10. Intellectual property

Socierra and its associated branding, software, interface, workflows, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Socierra intellectual property to you. You receive only the limited right to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that social publishing, AI outputs, scheduling, integrations, or platform availability will always be uninterrupted, accurate, or accepted by third-party services.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Socierra and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Our total liability for claims relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant service period, if any, unless a different limit is required by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Socierra and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your connected accounts, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information in connection with the service.

15. Changes to the service or terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, limits, plans, integrations, workflows, or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

16. Governing use and contact

You are responsible for using the platform in compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to you and your content.
